Luxembourg Confederation is an employers’ organisation founded in 1909, bringing together 22 federations from the services, retail, and transport sectors. Our mission is to represent and support the interests of our members.

Specialising in multiple sectors, we provide support, guidance, and follow-up. We regularly share sector-specific information with our members, most of which is not publicly available, enabling them to respond quickly.
By joining one of our federations, you can take part in discussions and reflections on your industry and gain access to legislative and regulatory monitoring. We are also available to establish new sectoral federations that are not yet represented within our organisation.
We offer our members free webinars and workshops throughout the year, as well as networking events and conferences, including round tables, interviews, company visits, and thematic conferences.
We represent the interests of your business and industry in all institutions that directly or indirectly impact your company, engaging with decision-makers and public authorities. We carry out lobbying actions at both national and European levels and hold numerous mandates across various areas of business life, serving both common and specific interests.
Labour law or business law, our legal service provides our members with legal support, guidance, and assistance in their cases.
