The Chambre Immobilière du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg (CIGDL) is the umbrella organisation of the Luxembourg real estate sector. Active since 1970, it brings together more than 240 members and represents the professions of real estate agent, co-ownership property manager, and real estate developer.
At this level, the CIGDL focuses on cross-sector issues and the representation of the sector’s common interests within a constantly evolving legal and professional framework. It brings together the different professions around a coherent and balanced vision, while respecting the specificities of each profession.
Its members are the professional federations, notably the Fédération des Agents Immobiliers (FAI) and the Fédération des Développeurs Immobiliers (FDI), which ensure the representation and handling of issues specific to each profession.
